Meet us at our rafting house 15 minutes before your trip start time at: 621 Victoria Road, Revelstoke. It's best if you arrive with a swimsuit on under your clothes and shoes that can get wet; but we provide all the rafting gear. If you don't have a swim suit, just bring a change of underclothes. You'll sign the waiver/medical form, go into our nautical-themed change rooms to get into your rafting gear, and hop on the bus. It's a 25 minute drive to the river, during which our guides entertain you with a safety briefing and jokes! When we get to the river, we check your life-jackets and helmets and then you get on the water! The guide sits at the back and steers the raft with oars, while guests sit on the sides and paddle; you are the engine. The 26km on the Illecillewaet takes about 2-2.5 hours, depending on water levels. The trip finishes at the Greely Bridge, where you'll be served a tasty snack while the boats are loaded. Then it's a quick 10-minute shuttle back to change rooms! Be sure to ask one of our crazy river staff how you can get your FREE TRIP PHOTOS!
